According to IRNA, "Veronika Allah Verdi Eva", a representative of Azarmash Company and a shareholder of the joint venture on Friday, announced the intention of the company to introduce the company's products to the region.
He added that the Azerbaijani-Iranian automobile factory has planned to export its production cars to Russia and other countries in 2019.
Representative of the factory Azarmash said at the Moscow International Motor Show two models of the products of the joint-stock company, including Khazar LD and Khazar SD, were also exhibited.
According to Allah Verdi Eva, more than 300 cars have been manufactured at this plant.
she also noted that the parts of the production vehicles of this plant are currently being manufactured in Iran, but it is planned that in the future, the spare parts production line will be launched.
In August 2016, Iran Khodro and Azarmash, the company signed an agreement to set up a joint factory in the industrial complex of Nakhchula, located 168 kilometers south of Baku.
The required capital of this joint project was estimated at 24 million manat and the maximum production capacity of this plant was set at 10 thousand cars per year.
This joint venture was opened during the official visit of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to Azerbaijan this April.
