According to the Public Relations Department of Iran Insurance, cheque for Diyah and Arsh for injured drivers were presented at a ceremony attended by the Director General of Iran's Insurance Department of Khorasan Razavi Province and the deputies of the province at the home of the beneficiaries of the incident.
Abdullah Rakhshani, the injured of the accident, suffered severe physical injuries due to the carelessness of the Nissan Vans driver on the 3rd of September. Corresponding to the theory of forensic medicine and the length of treatment and processing of the case by the judiciary and the judiciary leading to the issuance of a ruling and this year, the execution of judgments was announced.
The case of the incident has been investigated with regard to the amount of damages which imposed by the judicial authorities during the process by the management of insurance of automobiles as well as the technical council of Iran Insurance Company, and then the license fee of 12,680 million and 472 thousand Rials Khorasan Razavi province was exported and settled at the home of the injured.
