According to the Public Relations Department of Iran Insurance, coverage of the obligations of this insurance policy for each of the insured includes:
* Pay compensation for any cause (life span) of 350 million rials
* Compensation for deaths due to the accident amounting to one billion and 850 million rials
* Compensation for a defect or permanent or partial disability caused by an incident of up to 2 billion 200 million rials
* Payment of hospital fees and surgical procedures for illness or accidents up to 250 million rials
* pay for outpatient and paraclinical treatment expenses due to diseases or accidents, such as performing ECG, radiology, testing, emergency, plating, etc. up to 25 million rials
* Paying for transporting the expenses of each deceased insured for any reason, from Iraq or the cities of Iran to the place of dispatch of the deceased, from the place of death obligations for any reason
* Paying for transportation of sick or injured person from Iraq or cities to the place of dispatch of insured persons from the place of hospital and surgical operations.
According to the report, the duration of the insured cover for each insured is for a maximum of 30 days, this time on land routes starting at 20 kilometers from the official frontier terminals of the Islamic Republic of Iran and at the border of the air since the arrival of the Iraqi soil and during the period of residence In the cities of Najaf, Ashraf, Karbala, Kazemain, Samarra and the paths leading to them continued on land borders after leaving Iraqi territory and entering Iran until 20 km after the border terminal and at the border of the air after leaving the insured from the soil. Iraq and the entry into Iran shall be terminated provided that the period does not exceed 30 days.

It is worth mentioning that this coverage will only be provided for those Arba'in Hosseini pilgrims who have gone through the Hajj and pilgrimage system through the Sama system to obtain legal visas to leave the country.
