In the past year, a new clause has been added to the third-party insurance law; accordingly, if a car with an expensive car would collide, the insurance company pledges to compensate 50% of the damages of a Muslim male during the forbidden period.
In this law, the insurer considers a conventional car as the basis for determining the payment of damages; the price of a conventional car is also 50 percent of the Diyah's value of a Muslim man in the foreseen months.
Since Diyah has been allocated 308 million tomans this year, so 50% of this amount is the maximum damages payment to an expensive car in law. So if someone crashes with these types of vehicles, they will pay a compensation equivalent to 50% of the Diyah.
